Good morning friends! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you are coming back feeling rested and rejuvenated. I have a Thanksgiving recap post coming Wednesday.
Today, I wanted to share my holiday gift guide just in time for Cyber Monday! I know I’ll be scoping the deals today and I hope this gives you some ideas.
I’m breaking today’s post down into holiday gift guide food and running related gift items, with a few randoms thrown in there.
I think I’ll save my baby and motherhood items for a later post!
Food Related
1. Instant Pot
You can get an instant pot for considerably less than $100 now! Talk about making your life easier – things cook 2-10x faster and clean up is easy peasy.
2. Cookbooks
While I think Pinterest is great, there’s nothing like a hardbound cookbook in your hand with beautiful photos and tabs of your favorite recipes.
The newest one on my radar is Run Fast Cook Fast Eat Slow, the sequel to Run Fast Eat Slow. Nothing beats that superhero muffin recipe in my mind – my go to!
My friend, Cara, from Streetsmart Nutrition also just released the Pescatarian Cookbook, which is a great tool if you’re looking to add more fish and omega 3‘s to your diet.
3. Milk Frother
If you like foam in your coffee like me, a milk frother is a great stocking stuffer gift for under $20.
4. Air Fryer
An air fryer is the newest hot trendy thing on the food-related market. You can make crisp fries without actually frying them. I’ve heard great things from other dietitians who have them plus heart healthy!
5. Letter Boards
I still think the letter boards are cool, for quotes, baby announcements and more.
6. Food Photography Backdrops
If you’re into food photography, these backdrops are great if you don’t have pretty countertops. Plus, they fold up and don’t take up any space.
7. The Coolest Water Bottle
Bindle Bottle – I think this could be for anyone, but it’s a water bottle that holds your keys, credit card, etc! So, you no longer have to carry a purse or multiple bags if you’re just going out for a short drive with your water bottle.
8. Yeti Mug and Wine Glass
Love this idea for the yeti coffee mug and wine tumbler.
Other good ideas: Meal subscription kits (they never get old) – Hello Fresh is my favorite one so far. Use this code for $40 off your first delivery. A Sur La Table cooking class.
Running Related Gifts
1.Feetures Socks
If you’re a runner and you haven’t invested in good running socks, shame on you! I love Feetures socks because they have a lifetime guarantee.
Meaning if you get a hole in your sock, they will replace it for free. They are also a North Carolina company so I wholeheartedly support them. Tons of super cute colors and designs too!
2. Wireless Headphones
Aftershokz Wireless Headphones – I’m late to this game but these have been a pleasant addition to my running collection.
My number one complaint about the apple iphone headphones is that sooner or later, ONE of my earbuds loses sound. It’s the most annoying thing ever! These are wonderful and easy to pack for traveling, too!
3. Road ID
Road ID Bracelet – You can get this for less than $40 and it’s a great safety precaution if anything were to happen! As females, I think this is extra important if we’re running alone. And I’ll add mace to this list, too. Super cheap and worth it!
4. Goodr’s
Goodr sunglasses are so hot right now! For only $25, you can get a polarized, stylish pair of glasses that are great for running and outdoor activities. Just give me one of each color, please!
These would be great gifts for non-runners, too. You don’t have to stress if you lose them because you didn’t pay an arm and a leg for them, and you can match them with your outfits or mood.
5. NordicTrack Treadmill
NordicTrack Treadmill – This is #1 on my wish list if/when we ever get a treadmill. It can fold up and save space and has 20 built in workouts.
6. Fitletic Running Belt
Fitletic Belt – This is my favorite running belt. I’m not a huge fan of the arm band, but love the belt for holding my phone and gels/chews during marathon training. They have little water bottles too, which is great for not having to carry anything large or in your hands. If you do like the handheld ones, this is my favorite.
7. The Coolest Water Bottle
The Bindle Bottle would be great if you’re heading to the track to do a workout and you don’t want to bring your whole purse!
Just pack your keys and ID and money and stick it in your water bottle. Genius!
8. Race Medal Hanger
A race medal hanger is a great way to display all of your medals without them getting tangled or lost! You could also get a race bib album.
You can also think about a race entry for someone or some good sports bras!
Random Additions
An Away Luggage Travel set, for your travel lover. You can get them monogrammed and they have iphone chargers in them!
Have you heard of tile? It’s a key/phone/wallet/anything finder. It’s slim so you put it on the back of your phone or whatever you want to keep track of, download an app, and it will track it for you! I don’t know about you but I am ALWAYS losing my phone. Sometimes Camryn finds it before I do 🙂
My motherhood gift guide will be coming soon, sharing some of my favorite things and great gift ideas for you mom’s, mom-to-be’s or the mom’s in your life!
What is on your wish list this year?
This post contains some affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. I appreciate your support and thanks for helping me continue Bucket List Tummy.
Great list! I am thinking about asking for an Instapot. It sounds really useful. Honestly the only reason Im questioning it is because I feel like we dont have anywhere to keep it!
Loved all the gift ideas, Sarah…especially the “Air Fryer” – that one blows my mind.
I have feetures socks and love them! Where can I get those sunglasses – perfect stocking stuffer???
You can order them off Amazon! Or Goodr.com directly – a perfect stocking stuffer!
Great ideas! I agree with you on the physical cookbook. There’s just something about paging through for recipes that can’t be beat! I love the Forks over Knives and the How Not to Die cookbooks!
Yes there totally is 🙂 And I love when they get worn and crinkly from using them so much. So much love and memories go into those pages!
Aughhhh, I really want an instant pot and an air fryer! Maybe someday when I’m done moving around and have a bigger kitchen… *-*
Aftershokz are the best! <3 I need to look into getting those food photography backdrops too..
I love the instant pot idea since it takes the place of my slow cooker, rice cooker etc! Genius
I have a pair of Feetures that I got as a gift and had no idea of that warranty – awesome! I also bought a pair of Aftershokz for Alex when they had the BOGO deal this weekend so I might gift myself the free pair 🙂
On my wish list this year is a cute fleece pullover and new Garmin.
Yes, they are amazing for that warranty!
