Time for a photo dump of what I’ve been eating lately! My goal with these types of posts is to hopefully inspire you for some new meal ideas. I think we all need some inspiration every now and then. It’s like … I could look at all the ingredients in my fridge and pantry, and still feel stumped if I’ve been in a rut. Or, making the same thing day in and day out. So, if you’ve been there, I have too! And I hope this helps.
Pimento cheese fries and tacos are good for the soul. This was a day lunch date at Midwood Smokehouse.
Leftover pizza, veggies, leftover chicken sausage.
Tortilla pizzas – great for lazy nights! Throw veggies on a tortilla or wrap, add cheese/marinara sauce and bake. I used radishes, spinach and peppers.
Turkey sandwich and two clementines.
Peach, english muffin with avocado + cream cheese and jelly + eggs
Kodiak Cakes dry flapjack mix with yogurt, bluebs, peanut butter and banana added in
Sweet potato coins, quinoa salad mix with spinach and charcuterie meat, and chicken. Ed seasoned the chicken red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, italian seasoning and garlic. He did well, it tasted good!
Brunch with a friend – more chocolate kodiak cakes, egg bake and clementines.
I know this one’s not pretty, but you guys, I love my creamy oatmeal. Stove top cooked oats with banana mashed in, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, hefty scoop of greek yogurt, and bluebs.
Messy open faced burritos – corn, black beans, kidney beans, spinach, canned tomatoes, enchilada sauce. Avocado mashed and mixed with breastmilk on the side for Cam 🙂
Garlic chicken sausage + Annie’s mac ‘n cheese + frozen broccoli and frozen cauliflower (which we cooked, of course!). This was an easy one pot meal once the mac and cheese was cooked.
Crockpot salsa chicken (just add frozen chicken breasts and a can of salsa – cook on high for 4 hours)
Brunch! Banana bread muffins, fruit, egg bake
Pre-run sourdough bread with peanut butter and jelly
Kind bar snack. I Love these because they have 12 grams of protein.
Cava bowl for dinner one night -had just gotten back into town and didn’t feel like cooking. They have the BEST falafels!
Dave’s killer bread with avocado and over easy eggs and one slice of pb&j, with side sauteed spinach and tomatoes
