Happy Friday! I hope you’ve had a great week. We had Camryn’s one year shots earlier this week and we’ve been dealing with a few cranky days, some skipped naps and a mild grade fever, so we’re glad its the weekend!
But let’s look back at some highlights from the week.
Camryn’s One Year Photos
You saw alot of these in Wednesday’s 12 Month Update post. Camryn’s face here makes me laugh.
Fun Larabar Flavor
One day a month, I do nutrition counseling for a clergy center locally. It’s an enjoyable experience. They also always have a bowl of random snacks, and I never know what I’m going to get. I found this flavor bar last week and loved it!
Davidson Farmer’s Market Breakfast Sandwich
I took myself out for a little morning/afternoon date last weekend. I started at the Farmer’s Market where I had a breakfast sandwich while checking out some of my favorite local goods. I then stopped in at a coffee shop to do some writing and then went out for a run on the trails.
The sandwich had eggs, sausage, two kinds of cheese and maybe mustard too? So good.
Birthday Cake Granola
A new-to-me company, Safe and Fair, sent me some of their products to try. The one that stood out was this Birthday Cake Granola – a neat flavor idea. We have also loved their pea protein chips- Camryn and Tater included.
I know I”m late to the game here. I had an electric toothbrush years ago but just never replaced the toothbrush head. I went to the dentist recently and they recommended one because apparently, I brush too hard. So, I bought the Oral-B cross-action one and have been loving it. My teeth feel extra clean after brushing.

It’s supposed to rain all weekend here in Charlotte, so I’m not sure what we’ll end up doing. Nothing big on the agenda now.
What do you have planned for the weekend?
