Kure is the definition of modern decor in Portland, with wooden ceiling beams and cute lighting fixtures. The inside of Kure is extremely clean, modern and cozy, and their menu is to die for. Some of their offerings include bowls with grains, beans, avacados, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cilantro, lime, cabbage, tempeh/tofu and more.
I ordered the kind cartel macro bowl. It was so yummy! The roasted carrots were a great addition. I traded the almonds for pumpkin seeds since I’m allergic and I loved the flavor combo. The bowl was delicious, however, I was really sad when it was gone! Kure is pricey, but you’re getting super fresh ingredients. Also great for to-go options of acai bowls, smoothies, hot cereals and macro bowls.
