This is a place you come to at least once if you’re in Portland, due to their 30th floor view of the city, mountains and river.

It’s a pricey place, but come for happy hour (everyday 4-7pm) where you can get $5.00 snacks and some great drink specials. Get there very early if you want to even try to get a window seat, but otherwise you can walk around and admire the view.
