Tilikum Place Cafe

I was blown away by this small little café off Cedar street in Seattle! I had seen it ranked highly on yelp and on my morning run, I realized just how close it was to where we were staying!

It’s a quaint modern European like atmosphere. You typically need reservations because the place is so small. However, my mom and I wanted to go in for brunch. They open at 8 and we got there around 8:45. Luckily, we were in luck and the hostess said we had an hour for a table before it was reserved, so we grabbed that!

We started with French Press coffee. I ordered the baked eggs with goat cream cheese, caramelized onions, squash and bread crumbs. It came in a small cast iron skillet and was so delicious! Squash + goat cheese = amazing combo. I also got a side of pumpkin pancakes with whipped cream because they sounded amazing, and they truly rival some of the best pancakes I’ve had.

All servers were very attentive and friendly. This is a hidden spot you don’t want to miss if you’re in Seattle. It’s worth the wait! Very delicious meal overall, SO glad we found this little gem.
