- 1 cup oat flour - 1 cup powdered peanut butter - ¼ tsp salt - ½ tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp vanilla - ½ cup coconut oil, softened - 2 eggs - ¼ cup maple syrup 

Cook: 8 mins

Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients (oat flour through baking soda).

Step 2

Mix wet ingredients, and add to dry ingredients.

Step 3

Using a cookie scooper, form into small cookie shape and put on parchment paper or silpat mat.

Step 4

Flatten as needed and bake for 8-10 minutes.
