– 1 cup fruit (Fresh, frozen, canned all work!) – 1 cup yogurt – 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Blend everything in a high speed blender. If it's too thick, consider adding a little water or choice of milk to thin it down slightly.

Step 2

Pour into your reusable pouches and seal tightly! Store for up to a week in the fridge. ENJOY!
