Lemon Protein  Balls

- 1 cup oat flour - 2 Tbsp coconut flour - 3 Tbsp honey - ¼ cup coconut oil, melted - 2 Tbsp chia seeds - 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, optional - 2 tsp lemon juice - 1 Tbsp lemon zest - 2 Tbsp coconut flakes, optional

Cook: 10 Mins

Ingredients

Step 1

Grind oats in food processor or blender to make oat flour.

Step 2

Mix ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 3

Set mixture in fridge for 30 minutes to harden, and then roll into 1 inch balls.
