This perfectly crunchy pumpkin granola recipe makes a great on-the-go snack or topping.
INGREDIENTS:
– 3.5 cups old fashioned oats
– 1/3 cup butter, melted
– 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
– ½ cup honey
– 1 tsp sea salt
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
– ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
– 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1. Set oven to 425.
