Air Fryer Sausage and Veggies

- 1 lb sweet sausage*, sliced into ¾-inch round pieces - 1 onion, diced - 1 medium zucchini, diced - ½ red bell pepper, diced - 1 medium sweetpotato, diced - 1 Tbsp olive oil - ½ tsp salt - ¼ tsp pepper - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - 1 tsp onion powder - ¼ tsp paprika

Ingredients

Step 1

Pre-heat air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 deg. C). Slice sausage into 1/2 inch rounds and add to medium bowl.

Step 2

Dice up vegetables and place in bowl with sausage. Add olive oil and spices to bowl and mix together until everything is coated. 

Step 3

Spread out on air fryer pan, so pieces aren’t overlapping too much.

Step 4

Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking and flavor.
