- 1 lb ground turkey, beef, or chicken
- 2/3 cup sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
- 2/3 cup flour (chickpea flour, oat flour, whole wheat flour)
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Cook the Sweet Potato.
Microwave your sweet potato for 5 minutes and let cool and remove skin.
Step 2
Mix it up.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 3
Form into balls.
Form into meatball shape and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked.
