Parsnip Puree For Baby

- 3 parsnips - 2 carrots - 1/2 cup canned beans (garbanzo or great northern beans) - 1/2 cup coconut milk - ½ tsp cinnamon

Ingredients

Step 1

Wash and cut your carrots and parsnips lengthwise about 3-4 inches long. If you prefer, you can peel them as well.

Step 2

Add cut parsnips and carrots into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-7 minutes, or until they are softened. 

Step 3

Add parsnips, carrots, beans, cinnamon and coconut milk to a high speed blender or food processor.

Step 4

Blend until it reaches your desired consistency. For a creamier texture, add more liquid.
