- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower - 1/2 frozen banana - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup milk of choice - 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter - 1 Tbsp hemp seeds - 1/2 medium pear

Step 1

Add all of your ingredients to your favorite high-speed blender, putting the frozen cauliflower and banana in first.

Step 2

Blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. If you like it creamier, you can add more ice and less liquid.
