Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup cherries, pitted and sliced in halves
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into overnight oat jars or large Tupperware. If using a mason jar, you can layer the oats, then cottage cheese*, then peanut butter, syrup, milk, chia seeds and fruit if you’d like.
  2. Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
  3. Stir and enjoy. Top with additional fruit, nut butter, chocolate chips, etc.!

Notes

*If the cottage cheese is thick, you may need to hold it to the side to pour the milk in.
