Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit Fresh, frozen, canned all work!
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey optional

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in a high speed blender. If it's too thick, consider adding a little water or choice of milk to thin it down slightly.
  2. Pour into your reusable pouches and seal tightly! Store for up to a week in the fridge.

Notes

If using frozen fruit you may have to adjust by adding more yogurt or water to thin it out.
Fun add-in's - nuts, seeds, nut butter, coconut flakes, flax seeds, sprinkles, spinach, etc. So many options!
