¼cupmaple syrupyou can use up to 1/3, 1/2 cup for a sweeter cookie
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients (oat flour through baking soda). Mix wet ingredients, and add to dry ingredients.
Using a cookie scooper, form into small cookie shape and put on parchment paper or silpat mat.
Flatten as needed.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
Optional add-in's: hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes, chocolate chips.Store in a tupperware container or ziplock bag for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months in a stasher bag.
