Raisin Fruit Bruschetta is the perfect holiday bruschetta recipe that comes together in minutes. It's easy enough to make with kids, and provides fresh fruit, like raisins and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients  

  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 2 inch oval shapes
  • ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Sun-Maid raisins
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate arils
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • mint garnish optional

Instructions 

  1. Slice your baguette into 2 inch oval shapes
  2. Add a layer of Greek yogurt on each slice
  3. Top with Sun-Maid raisins, pomegranate arils, and diced celery
  4. Top with a drizzle of honey and a garnish of mint
