Ingredients

  • 4 oz salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • sprinkle of sea salt

  2. Place a cooking pan over medium high heat with a tbsp of cooking oil.
  3. Sautee the salmon in half of the marinade for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway (and reserving the other half of the marinade for topping).
