4 Ingredient Mango Cherry Popsicles

Mango cherry popsicles are a must for hot summer days! Filled with fruit, these refreshing treats are also high in protein, require only 4 ingredients and can be catered to your liking!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cups soy milk, divided

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, add frozen cherries and 1/2 cup of soy milk and blend. Pour mixture into a bowl.
  2. Clean blender and blend frozen mango with 1/2 cup of soy milk, and repeat for the frozen blueberries. 
  3. Take popsicle molds, and pour cherry mixture into the bottom (about 1/3 of the popsicle mold). Repeat for the mango layer, and finally, the top cherry layer. 
  4. Store in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until frozen.
