Popsicles are a must on a hot summer day, and these mango cherry popsicles are about to become your new favorite!

Popsicles, like smoothies, are one of my nutrition booster tricks.

As a Registered Dietitian, I’m always very conscious of getting nutrients into my kids.

We always include fruits/veggies with meals to normalize them and encourage intake. We offer sweets occasionally too – a part of raising intuitive eaters!

And with popsicles, they are such a fun vehicle to be able to do so. Popsicles are even great for babies!

While I usually love offering these homemade breastmilk popsicles, I’ll sometimes add some frozen fruit to them to add more flavor.

These tropical mango popsicles are cold, flavorful and delicious, and kids love any sort of ice pops!

And these homemade mango and cherry popsicles are no different.

Why Sarah Loves These Popsicles

I also added blueberries to this recipe just because I love cherries and blueberries together (can you tell by these blueberry cherry overnight oats!?), but you can omit them if you’d like.

Have you tried our creamy coconut popsicles? They are another house favorite!
