5 Minute Pumpkin Cottage Cheese Dip

If you love the idea of a pumpkin dip, you've got to try this high protein Pumpkin Cottage Cheese Dip. Pumpkin and cottage cheese blend beautifully in this flavorful snack dip, made with only a handful of ingredients and ready in minutes.

Ingredients  

  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese I prefer 4% milkfat
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3-4 Tbsp honey* or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Add your ingredients to a food processor and blend* until it reaches desired level of smoothness.
  2. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, crackers, pretzels, etc.

Notes

*I really prefer the taste of honey in this dip!
