Banana Cottage Cheese Smoothie

This cottage cheese smoothie with banana tastes more like a healthy cottage cheese milkshake! With only 5 ingredients, it's ready in minutes and is a great protein-rich snack for kids and adults, alike.

Ingredients  

  • cup cottage cheese
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana*
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp honey, optional
  • Optional - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Optional - ½ cup berries of choice

Instructions 

  1. Mix in a high speed blender and enjoy! Top with whipped cream, cookie crumbles or graham crackers if desired.

Notes

*I think a frozen banana gives you a thicker smoothie or a more milkshake-like consistency!
If using protein powder, I prefer Puori Vanilla protein powder
