  • 2.5 cups Kodiak Cakes birthday cake mix or any Kodiak Cake mix
  • 1.5-2 cups 2% milk or milk of choice*
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Kodiak Cake birthday cake dry mix, milk of choice and eggs.
  3. Grease a 13x18 sheetpan with cooking spray or butter. Add pancake mixture to sheetpan, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Add banana slices and/or other fruit on top.
  5. Bake in oven for 12-14 minutes, or until pancakes are cooked through. You can stick a fork or toothpick in there and if it comes out clean, they are cooked through.
  6. Let cool and enjoy with yogurt, more fruit, nut butter, etc.!

Notes

*I used 2 cups of milk. If you prefer thicker pancakes, you can use less milk.
