Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese - I prefer 4% milkfat
  • 3-4 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ripe banana, optional

Instructions

  1. Add your ingredients to a food processor and blend* until it reaches desired level of smoothness.
  2. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, crackers, pretzels, etc.

Notes

*It usually takes a few minutes for me, to get all of the cottage cheese chunks out. Don't be afraid to process on high - you want it to get to the perfect consistency!
After testing this cottage cheese dip with both honey and maple syrup, I very much preferred honey!
