You can make a fruit dip with cottage cheese in minutes and then just keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve it.
It’ll keep for up to three days, but I promise, it’ll be gone shortly after you put it out.

There’s no chopping or preparation involved. Just add your ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
It usually takes a few minutes for me, to get all of the cottage cheese chunks out. Don’t be afraid to go on high – you want it to be the perfect consistency.


If you let it go long enough, it becomes more like a whipped cottage cheese dip for fruit – so creamy!
Just store it in a tupperware container for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese – I prefer 4% milkfat
- 3-4 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 ripe banana, optional
Instructions
- Add your ingredients to a food processor and blend* until it reaches desired level of smoothness.
- Serve immediately with fresh fruit, crackers, pretzels, etc.
