Creamy Banana Peach Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

This Banana Peach Smoothie is a family-favorite during the summer months. If you love fresh peaches, you'll love this creamy peach smoothie that tastes like a peach milkshake. It's satisfying, full of protein, and great for babies and toddlers, too!

Ingredients  

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups diced peaches - fresh, frozen or canned about 2 medium peaches
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy consistency. If you want it more liquid, use less ice. If you want it creamier, you can use more ice/more yogurt.
