Crispy Turmeric Baked Cauliflower is the perfect appetizer, or fun veggie side dish. With flavors of garlic and cheese, finished with a soft crunch, you'll never want to prepare cauliflower any other way!
Cut cauliflower into small, even sized florets and toss in small bowl with avocado oil.
Add garlic powder, minced garlic, turmeric and panko breadcrumbs.
Transfer florets to baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Take baking sheet out and carefully flip florets with a spatula. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake for 15 more minutes, until florets are evenly browned.
