If you're sick of the same old snack, this frozen greek yogurt bark recipe is a fun, high protein and nutritious snack for toddlers and kids alike! It's easy to personalize, takes minutes to prepare and then just goes in the freezer for 3 hours. Make your own or use one of our three favorite recipes below.
In a large bowl, mix your greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and almond extract, stirring well.
Using a spatula, spread your yogurt mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet. Add your preferred toppings - create your own or follow the recipes above!
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for 3-4 hours, until bark is frozen.
After freezing, cut the bark with a pizza cutter or your hands when ready to enjoy.
