Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark (3 Ways)

If you're sick of the same old snack, this frozen greek yogurt bark recipe is a fun, high protein and nutritious snack for toddlers and kids alike! It's easy to personalize, takes minutes to prepare and then just goes in the freezer for 3 hours. Make your own or use one of our three favorite recipes below.

Ingredients  

Greek Yogurt Bark Base

  • 3 cups plain greek ygourt
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract optional

Berry Yogurt Bark

  • 1/3 cup blueberries, quartered
  • 1/4 cup dried strawberries, diced
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granola of choice

Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter, drizzled
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Cherry Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • 1/3 cup cherries, diced fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp pistachios, crushed optional
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix your greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and almond extract, stirring well.
  2. Using a spatula, spread your yogurt mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet. Add your preferred toppings - create your own or follow the recipes above!
  3. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for 3-4 hours, until bark is frozen.
  4. After freezing, cut the bark with a pizza cutter or your hands when ready to enjoy.

The nutrition facts is listed for the greek yogurt base only, since toppings will vary!
*If making Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark, make sure to add the cocoa powder to the greek yogurt base first before adding toppings. 
 
STORAGE - Store your yogurt bark in the freezer in a tupperware or freezer bag or stasher bag for up to 3 months.
