Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites with Granola

Frozen greek yogurt granola bites are the perfect, kid-friendly summer snack! These protein-rich bites can be catered to your tastes and favorites, and are easy to eat right out of the freezer. Enjoy them as an after-camp snack, by the pool or a fun treat before bed!

1 cup plain greek yogurt 3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey* 3 Tbsp chia seeds ½-¾ cup any type of granola ½ diced fruit of choice peaches, berries, bananas, etc ⅓ cup mini choc chips
Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix the greek yogurt with your choice of sweetener and chia seeds
Place ½ to 1 Tbsp of granola in the bottom of each mini muffin
Add a Tbsp of greek yogurt/chia seed mixture on top
Top with diced fruit, mini choc chips, etc. and freeze for 3-4 hours.
When ready to remove from the mini muffin pan, gently slide a knife under the granola cup to “pop” it out.
