Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites with Granola

Frozen greek yogurt granola bites are the perfect, kid-friendly summer snack! These protein-rich bites can be catered to your tastes and favorites, and are easy to eat right out of the freezer. Enjoy them as an after-camp snack, by the pool or a fun treat before bed!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey*
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½-¾ cup any type of granola
  • ½ diced fruit of choice peaches, berries, bananas, etc
  • cup mini choc chips

Instructions 

  1. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the greek yogurt with your choice of sweetener and chia seeds
  3. Place ½ to 1 Tbsp of granola in the bottom of each mini muffin
  4. Add a Tbsp of greek yogurt/chia seed mixture on top
  5. Top with diced fruit, mini choc chips, etc. and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  6. When ready to remove from the mini muffin pan, gently slide a knife under the granola cup to “pop” it out.
