Mango Kiwi Smoothie

Make this tropical mango kiwi smoothie for an on-the-go breakfast, a nourishing high protein snack, or just a fun hydrating drink!

- 1.5 cups frozen mango cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until reaches desired consistency.
