Mango Kiwi Smoothie

Make this tropical mango kiwi smoothie for an on-the-go breakfast, a nourishing high protein snack, or just a fun hydrating drink!

Ingredients  

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until reaches desired consistency.
