These No Bake Brownie Bites are a quick and healthy snack for the whole family! Made with dates, hemp seeds, almond flour, nut or seed butter and optional protein powder, it's the perfect high-fiber, on-the-go or lunchbox snack!
Add dates to food processor and process until they start to liquify (it forms a light brownish paste), for about 2-4 minutes.
Add the other ingredients and process until blended.
Take the sharp mixer out of the food processor and add mini chocolate chips to the batter (optional).
Form into balls. Mine made about 8-10. Top with sea salt,
Freeze for 10 minutes to allow brownie bites to firm up.
