No Bake Brownie Bites (Ready in 15 Minutes)

These No Bake Brownie Bites are a quick and healthy snack for the whole family! Made with dates, hemp seeds, almond flour, nut or seed butter and optional protein powder, it's the perfect high-fiber, on-the-go or lunchbox snack!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup pitted soft dates
  • 3 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp hemp or chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower butter or nut butter if not allergic
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop protein powder/collagen optional
  • cup raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk, if needed

Instructions 

  1. Add dates to food processor and process until they start to liquify (it forms a light brownish paste), for about 2-4 minutes.
  2. Add the other ingredients and process until blended.
  3. Take the sharp mixer out of the food processor and add mini chocolate chips to the batter (optional).
  4. Form into balls. Mine made about 8-10. Top with sea salt,
  5. Freeze for 10 minutes to allow brownie bites to firm up.

Notes

Store in fridge for up to a week or freezer for up to 2-3 months in a stasher bag
