Strawberry Banana Popsicles with Greek Yogurt

Strawberry Banana Popsicles are simply made with strawberries, bananas, greek yogurt and cinnamon for a tropical, refreshing snack! These greek yogurt popsicles are a great source of protein and nutrients for kids, unlike most popsicles high in sugar.

Ingredients  

  • 1.5 cups greek yogurt (I used 1 cup full fat plain, ½ cup lower sugar vanilla)
  • 1.5 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp honey optional - if not using flavored yogurt

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency.
  2. Transfer popsicle batter to popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
