Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

This Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl recipe is a deliciously creamy snack, or can even be made into a meal with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup greek yogurt I like plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Layer frozen fruit in bottom of blender or processer.
  2. Add in milk, yogurt and cinnamon.
  3. Blend until reach desired consistency.

Notes

Less milk makes more milk shake smoothie consistency and makes it thicker. It is recommended to add liquid little by little. See notes in the post for how to make a thick smoothie.
Optional add-in's: protein powder, nuts, seeds, granola, cereal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes
