Strawberry Kiwi Yogurt Popsicles

These strawberry kiwi popsicles are an easy summer treat that taste delicious and are all-around healthy, made with fruit and yogurt! Let your kids make them with you and enjoy them outside.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 1 cup full-fat greek yogurt, divided
  • 2 tsp chia seeds, divided
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and diced

Instructions 

  1. Mix all of your strawberries, and half of the water, yogurt, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency.
  2. Pour that liquid into your popsicle molds, about halfway up.
  3. Rinse blender and repeat with the kiwi, mixing diced kiwis and half of the water, yogurt and chia seeds into a blender and blending until reaches desired consistency. Pour kiwi popsicle blend on top of strawberry blend in popsicle molds.
  4. Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
