Turkey Burger Bowls

Ingredients

Burger Meat
1
lb
ground turkey
(You can also use ground beef or ground chicken)
1/4
tsp
tsp paprika
3/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
Italian seasoning
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
ground pepper
Salad Ingredients
1
head
romaine lettuce,
cut and rinsed
2
Tbsp
kalamata olives
1/4
cup
feta cheese
1
whole
cucumber,
peeled and diced
Sauce of choice
2
Tbsp
your favorite sauce
(tzatziki, hummus, Primal Kitchen Sauce)
Instructions
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and mix your spices. Add ground turkey/ground beef and spices.
Cook your meat for 4-7 minutes, until cooked through.
While the ground turkey is cooking, cut your vegetables/salad ingredients and make your sauce (or use storebought)
When meat is done cooking, assemble your bowls, adding as much dressing/toppings as you like.
Drizzle or top with your favorite sauce or dressing!
Notes
You can use tzatziki, hummus, mayo or another sauce you like.
