Danielle Talenti, MS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian in the Philadelphia, PA area, who works with BLT clients remotely. Danielle worked as a sports nutrition graduate assistant while earning her Masters at Drexel University, helping to fuel the Division 1 athletes at Drexel, and two local professional teams, the Philadelphia Flyers, and Philadelphia Union.

Johannah (Hope) Penner is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), ISSN-Certified Sports Nutritionist, and Registered Dietitian to be (#rd2be). She is currently working towards her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University, and she hopes to specialize her degree in sports nutrition. Hope enjoys helping people understand the intersection between intuitive eating and sports nutrition. Within that, she is passionate about fueling for exercise and injury recovery.

Erin Davis is a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator specializing in weight-inclusive diabetes care and prevention, intuitive eating, fitness, and women’s health. Erin is passionate about empowering people to manage their own health and to have peace with food. She and her husband live in rural Michigan on a hobby farm where she homeschools their 3 children. In her free time, Erin loves to run and lift weights, read, and attend her kids’ sporting events.
