Hello and welcome to Bucket List Tummy!
As a Registered Dietitian and mom to three kids, food plays a major role in our lives. I’m constantly in the kitchen making after-school snacks or testing new recipes for busy families to enjoy.

My motto is that we should enjoy family meals, not be stressed out by them!
Most of my recipes are family-friendly and kid-friendly. Many are even great to make with your kids, if you want to involve them more.
By joining my email list, I’ll be sending you weekly updated with easy, delicious recipes, as well as other meal prep and storage tips.
If you want specific tips for baby led weaning, make sure you get my free BLW feeding schedule and foods to start with!
If you want more, you can check out my Easy Meal Prep Ebook! It’s under $10 and has 50 pages of easy recipes. Many use pantry staples and teach you how to re-use ingredients for leftovers!
