If you’re afraid of branching out and you love a honey mustard dip, you’ve got to try this honey mustard dressing with greek yogurt!
It’s ready in minutes, and is a great side for your toddlers and kids. While it offers some sweetness (which you can always add more or less of), the greek yogurt also offers amples protein and probiotics.
Make sure not to serve this to any babies under age 1 since babies can’t have honey due to food safety reasons and botulism.
This is my favorite dipping sauce for baked lemon pepper chicken tenders. I also use an adapted version for my popular strawberry salad with chicken.

Don’t underestimate the power of a good dressing. Having a flavorful sauce or dressing, like this yogurt honey mustard dressing, can elevate any salad or marinade.
It’s great on chicken, fish, kabobs, tofu, etc!
Ingredients
Just 3 ingredients! Important to note that this is a creamy greek yogurt honey mustard dressing – it’s not a vinaigrette!
- dijon mustard
- honey
- greek yogurt
You can also personalize it and add other add-in’s to make it taste best for you. Some ideas include garlic, lemon or lime, olive oil, sesame, chili powder, onions or shallots.
If you have home-grown herbs, you can also flavor it. Some of my favorites are basil, parsley or cilantro!

How to Make Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing
You can simply mix this dressing with just a spoon or whisk and a jar, but if you have a frother, that works too.
This is a thicker dressing, but if you need to thin it down, you can add a little water or even olive oil.
I like to add all of the ingredients to a small jar (ideally, with a top) or a small tupperware and shake well. Taste periodically, because it’s easy to add more of certain ingredients, as needed.

EASY TIP:
If you want to thin your yogurt honey mustard dressing down, you can add some liquid (water, milk, olive oil, etc).
What to Pair with Greek Yogurt Honey Mustard Dressing
There are so many delicious fruit, vegetable and savory recipes that pair perfectly with this honey mustard yogurt dressing!
Since my kids eat it by the spoonful, I love serving this with fruit and veggie snack plates – a great way to get toddlers to eat more veggies! The sweet creaminess makes it a great dip!
