How To Make Crispy Baked Cauliflower Bites
This is the ultimate secret, isn’t it. First, you’ll need a hot oven set to 400 degrees.
Then, make sure you cut your cauliflower into small florets. Try to make them as even sized as possible. This will ensure they cook evenly.
Marinate your florets in avocado oil, garlic powder, turmeric and panko.
Then, transfer them to a baking sheet. Add sea salt and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes, before flipping the florets over to bake for 15 minutes minutes.

Yes. Instead of parmesan cheese, use nutritional yeast flakes!

- 1 head of cauliflower
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- sea salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut cauliflower into small, even sized florets and toss in small bowl with avocado oil.
- Add garlic powder, minced garlic, turmeric and panko breadcrumbs.
- Transfer florets to baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
- Take baking sheet out and carefully flip florets with a spatula. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake for 15 more minutes, until florets are evenly browned.
